Under the profit share scheme, the management company deducts marketing and management expenses from the total pool income and keeps 30%.
Annual maintenance of the surrounding area (maintenance fee) is accounted for as a separate expense item. Although this amount is relatively small, it is included in the overall expenses.
The tax rate for non-residents is 15%. We will reduce it to 3% using resident status; it is also possible to obtain benefits and reduce the rate further. Calculations will be based on this reduced rate.
